These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GetCitedShop (getcitedshop.com) and any products or services you purchase from it (the "Store"). The Store is operated by The Planet Deals LLC, a limited liability company formed in Wyoming, USA ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing the Store, placing an order, or downloading any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store or purchase our products.
1. Who we are
The Planet Deals LLC operates GetCitedShop, which sells GEO / AI-search optimization products and services for Shopify merchants. You can reach us at contact@getcitedshop.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from the Store. If you buy on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.
3. Our products and services
We offer:
- AI-Ready Kits — instantly downloadable digital bundles (theme code, PDF guides, videos, and templates), available in Lite ($79), Pro ($199), and Agency ($599) tiers.
- Cited Theme ($299) — a Shopify theme currently sold on pre-order and delivered at a later date.
- Expert Service (from $2,997) — a done-for-you optimization engagement, invoiced separately from the Store checkout and governed by an individual service agreement.
Product descriptions, features, and previews are provided to help you make an informed decision. We work to keep them accurate but do not warrant that every description is complete or error-free.
4. Orders, pricing, and payment
- All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD).
- Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and its supported payment methods. We do not store your full card details.
- Payment is due in full at checkout (except for the Expert Service, which is invoiced separately). Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed.
- We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel any affected order, refunding any amount already paid.
- You are responsible for any taxes or duties that apply to your purchase where required by law.
5. Digital delivery
Our kits and (upon release) the Cited Theme are delivered electronically as downloadable files. Access is provided at the email address used at checkout, typically immediately after payment is confirmed. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to download and back up your files. Refund eligibility for digital products is set out in our Refund & Return Policy.
6. License to use
Subject to your payment in full and your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products as follows:
- Lite and Pro Kits — single-merchant license. You may use the kit's code, guides, and templates to optimize your own Shopify store(s) and those of a client for whom you are directly performing the work. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, or share the kit or its files as-is, in whole or in substantial part, whether for free or for payment.
- Agency Kit — white-label license. In addition to the rights above, the Agency tier includes a white-label license that permits you to use, adapt, and deliver the kit's deliverables for your clients as part of your own services, and to charge your clients for that work. You still may not repackage or redistribute the kit itself as a standalone product that competes with ours (for example, reselling the raw files as a kit).
- Cited Theme. Once delivered, the theme is licensed for use on your own store(s) under the license terms provided with the theme.
All licenses are perpetual for the version delivered unless terminated under Section 12. Updates, if any, are provided at our discretion.
7. Intellectual property
All content in the Store and in our products — including code, text, guides, videos, templates, designs, trademarks, and the GetCitedShop name and branding — is owned by The Planet Deals LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license granted in Section 6, no rights are transferred to you. You may not remove copyright or proprietary notices from any file we provide.
8. No guarantee of results
Our products and services are tools and guidance designed to help improve how AI search engines and generative engines discover and cite your store. We do not and cannot guarantee any specific result — including any particular ranking, citation, mention, traffic level, visibility, or revenue.
AI systems, search engines, and generative engines are controlled by third parties and change their models, sources, and behavior without notice. Whether, when, and how your store is cited or ranked depends on factors outside our control. Any examples, case studies, or figures are illustrative and are not a promise of comparable outcomes.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Store or our products to: violate any law or third-party right; infringe intellectual property; distribute malware; reverse-engineer our products except as permitted by law; or resell, redistribute, or share our products in breach of Section 6. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Store and all products and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the products will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that they will achieve any particular outcome.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Planet Deals LLC and its owners, members, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Store or our products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a product or service will not exceed the amount you paid us for that product or service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Store and revoke your license if you breach these Terms, including the license restrictions in Section 6. On termination for breach, you must stop using and delete the affected files. Sections that by their nature should survive (including Sections 6–11 and 13) survive termination.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming for any dispute not subject to arbitration or small-claims resolution, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
14. Third-party services
The Store relies on third-party services (such as Shopify and payment processors) with their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for those third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Continued use of the Store after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
