This Refund & Return Policy explains when refunds are and are not available for purchases made through GetCitedShop (getcitedshop.com), operated by The Planet Deals LLC (Wyoming, USA). All prices and refunds are in US Dollars (USD).

What we sell — digital, immediate-access content

Almost everything we sell is digital content delivered instantly: theme code, PDF guides, walkthrough videos, and templates. This content is consumed the moment it is accessed. It cannot be "returned," un-watched, un-read, or un-copied. Our refund rules reflect that reality: they are firm, but clear and stated up front so you can make an informed decision before purchasing.

1. AI-Ready Kits (Lite, Pro, Agency) — final sale

Our AI-Ready Kits are downloadable bundles containing immediate-consumption content (walkthrough videos, PDF guides, theme code, and templates). Your download access is delivered instantly once payment is confirmed.

All sales of AI-Ready Kits are final and non-refundable. As soon as you download or otherwise access any part of a kit — or as soon as we make your download link available to you — the product is deemed delivered and consumed, and no refund is available.

EU / UK customers — express consent and waiver of withdrawal

For customers in the EU and UK, online purchases normally carry a 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and equivalent UK law. Because our kits are digital content supplied immediately, you are asked to agree at checkout that, by completing your purchase, you:

(a) expressly consent to the immediate provision of and access to the digital content before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period; and
(b) acknowledge and agree that you thereby lose (waive) your statutory right of withdrawal as soon as the download or access begins.

This express consent and acknowledgement is what makes the final-sale rule above applicable to your purchase. Your consent is requested and recorded at checkout.

2. Narrow exception — genuine technical faults

The only exception to the final-sale rule is a genuine, verifiable technical fault: a file that is corrupted, a download link that was never delivered, or a kit that remains inaccessible despite our support.

Report the issue within 7 days of purchase to contact@getcitedshop.com, including your order number and a description (with any error messages or screenshots).
Our remedy is to repair the file, re-send the link, or provide a working replacement — not a refund. We will make the delivered content work for you.

This exception does not apply to any issue caused by your own device, software, or configuration where the content itself is intact and accessible.

3. What is not eligible for a refund

To be clear, we do not offer refunds for:

A change of mind, or deciding you "no longer need" the product;
Lacking the technical skills, time, or setup required to install or use the content;
Any expectation about results — AI citations, mentions, rankings, and visibility are not guaranteed and depend on third-party engines outside our control (see the "No guarantee of results" section of our Terms of Service); or
Buyer's remorse of any kind once access has been provided.

4. Cited Theme (pre-order)

The Cited Theme ($299) is currently sold on pre-order and delivered at a later date.

While your pre-order is pending and the theme has not yet been delivered, you may cancel for a full refund by emailing contact@getcitedshop.com.
If we are unable to deliver the theme at all, you are entitled to a full refund.
Once the theme has been delivered and downloaded/accessed, it becomes immediate-access digital content and the final-sale terms in Sections 1–3 apply.

5. Expert Service (done-for-you)

Our Expert Service (from $2,997) is invoiced separately and is governed by these specific terms:

Within the first two (2) weeks of an engagement, you may cancel and receive a refund of the unused portion of the fee, less a $500 administrative fee covering onboarding, scheduling, and work already begun.
After the first two weeks, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, taking into account work already delivered and resources committed on your behalf.

The scope, deliverables, and timeline in your individual service agreement or statement of work control if there is any conflict with this section.

How to contact us about an order

Email contact@getcitedshop.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Where a refund is due under this policy, it is issued to your original payment method; your bank or card provider may take 5–10 business days to post the funds.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any right you have under mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot lawfully be waived. Where such a right applies, it prevails over any conflicting term above.

Chargebacks

If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Because our products are delivered instantly, we retain records of delivery and access and will provide them to your payment provider in response to any disputed chargeback on a completed, accessed order.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. The "Last updated" date above shows the most recent revision.
